Wang Xudong, president of the Palace Museum, said that the online exhibition is a cultural activity of the Imperial Palace Museum and the China Tourism Office in Seoul, in an effort to work together to cope with the novel coronavirus, and it aims to share Chinese culture with people in South Korea during this special period. It is hoped that, through this exhibition, the people of China and South Korea can enjoy the Forbidden City, which has a long history of 600 years.

The online exhibition can be a useful exploration for overseas tourism agencies to expand cultural and overseas communication channels, and will further enhance the influence of Chinese tourism brands.
