UK government pledges 2bn pounds package to boost cycling and walking

On Saturday, UK Transport Secretary Grant Shapps announced a 2-billion-pound package to put cycling and walking "at the heart of the government's transport policy".
He added that he will bring forward a "national cycling plan" in early June.
