In 2010, eight classmates from Qiucun town's Central Primary School in Guangde city set up a love support group to take care of Cheng on campus. The little bit of love from the students helped to build Cheng's confidence, and they have become his most powerful "support group". To a great extent their actions helped him gradually come out of the shadow of the psychological pressure brought by the disease. For Cheng, the road of life meets more and more breadth.

In 2014, after graduating from the elementary school, he furthered his study at Qiucun Middle School. The six students in his class formed a new support group to allow the "relay of love" to continue. In 2017, Cheng was successfully admitted to Guangde High School, and another six new students took the baton and continued to help and care for Cheng.

In order to facilitate Cheng's mobility, in the past 10 years, the three schools that Cheng attended have arranged his classes all in the classroom on the first floor, and his seat has also been in the first row. After entering high school, and when his school work became increasingly more intense, Cheng's mother Liu Xiang began to accompany her son studying at school. Considering his special circumstances, Guangde High School provided Cheng and his mother a dormitory on the first floor free of charge.

Her biggest wish is that Cheng can live a healthy and happy life. She says Cheng's classmates never treat him with a strange eye, and everyone around is willing to help them.
