Being a language teacher requires a lot of qualities, not only the proficiency in the language they will be teaching, but also knowledge of psychology, pedagogy etc.
It pains to see some foreign guys who are not only lousy English speakers, but also temperamentally unsound attain a teaching job in China.
It is high time to weed them out.
