LIVE: Lose yourself to English literature

Do you wonder how Harry Potter came to China? Do you want to know the story behind the manuscript of Alice in Wonderland kept in the British Library? Do you want to read Shakespeare with an expert?

Here's a chance to do all this: The Beijing International Book Fair will stage a livetreaming session at 7:30 pm on Monday as part of this year's online reading festival campaign.

The BIBF has moved online to maintain social distancing and prevent COVID-19. But it’s offering an opportunity to readers to share experiences of reading literature with scholars and writers.
