Fujian has landscape to spare

Chinaculture.org | Updated: 2020-10-21 16:33

Fujian, a coastal province in Southeast China, is the starting point of the ancient Marine SilkRoad. It stands in front of mountains and faces the sea, with hills, forests and islands scattered throughout the province.

It has many famous natural scenic spots, such as Gulangyu Island, Wuyi Mountain, Penglai Montain and Baishuiyang, as well as stunning ancient architecture.

Fujian Tulou and Wuyi Mountain have been included on the UNESCO world heritage list, and it boasts many intangible cultural heritages, such as its wooden arch bridge construction technique and puppet shows.
