Blinken 'cares' about HK like wolf 'cares' about lamb

It seems US Secretary of State Antony Blinken cares so much about human rights and democracy in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region that he tweeted twice on Friday about it.

While he uttered the beautiful words "human rights" and "democracy", he never actually meant them. He called for "human rights" in Hong Kong, yet he turned a blind eye to the sufferings of people in his own country.

According to US website mappingpoliceviolence.org, US police have already killed 429 in 2021.

As per US website gunviolencearchive.org, deaths caused by guns have already reached18,541 in 2021.

According to APM Research Lab, African Americans are 2.3 times more likely to die from COVID-19 than their white compatriots.

About these Western politicians, including Blinken, care little. Yet they "care" much about Hong Kong, which has recovered from the 2019 riots, with its people enjoying life in peace, security, and prosperity.

That makes one wonder that Blinken and his fellows' true intention might be to rekindle the flames of riots in Hong Kong and let the terror of street violence reign there — A daydream they should have long given up.

Besides these hypocritical deeds, Blinken also interfered in the local HK police's law enforcement of Chow Hang-tung, who reportedly called for illegal assembly. That's a major challenge to rule of law in Hong Kong because the latter makes its own decision.

Blinken "cares" about Hong Kong, or many other regions of this world, in a way like a wolf caring about a lamb. He never wants the people there to live in peace, security and prosperity; He just want to generate chaos wherever possible so he could bite a mouthful of meat.

But Hong Kong will never be a fragile lamb to wolf in this world. An inalienable part of China, it will continue prospering and its people will continue to live in security with support from the motherland, free from the violence of guys wearing black.
