Section of office building collapses in Harbin; 4 dead

Four people were confirmed dead and seven others injured after part of an office building collapsed in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, on Sunday, the local government reported on Monday.
The top floor of the seven-story building collapsed at around 3 pm on Sunday as a group of workers were modifying the roof, a nearby resident told local media.
Rescue teams, comprising people, including public security officers, medical personnel and firefighters, were attempting to help the trapped individuals.
An investigation was launched. No information about what may have caused the collapse has been released.
