Xi sends condolences

President Xi Jinping has sent his condolences and expressed his sympathy following the death of Jacques Rogge, the former president of the International Olympic Committee.

Xi made a statement about the passing of Rogge that was delivered to current IOC chief Thomas Bach on Monday.
