Luxury hospitality veteran appointed as St. Regis Chengdu GM

The St. Regis Chengdu officially announces the appointment of Radek Cais as the new General Manager to lead the iconic Chengdu ultra-luxury property to stellar new heights.

Radek Cais brings expansive luxury hospitality experience from around the globe. His hotelier expedition has carried from Canada to Holland, Sweden, Norway, Egypt, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and China.

Having graduated from Cornell University in the United States with a Master's Degree of Management in Hospitality, Radek Cais started his career in Vancouver, Canada. Now with more than 25 years' experience Cais honed his luxury acumen with two iconic Ritz-Carlton openings; first at The Ritz-Carlton, Abu Dhabi Grand Canal followed by The Nile Ritz-Carlton in historic Cairo. Prior to his transfer to The St. Regis Chengdu, Cais served as general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin. During his tenure there Cais also co-authored the publication "Inspiring Tianjin" with his chapter 'City of Bridges'.
