US professor hails China's democratic system

"War is always the last resort," US professor William N. Brown quoted Sun Tzu's The Art of War. Brown, who lived in China over three decades, witnessed tremendous changes taking place in the country, and has seen how traditional culture plays a key role in China's rapid development.
