Chinese Music Tutorial 6: Large cymbal

chinadaily.com.cn | Updated: 2022-01-14 17:17

Percussionist Tong Shengyuan is here to compare the differences between dacha and the similar instrument from our previous session, xiaocha (small Chinese cymbal). As the variance in sizes and slopes of the copper surface creates different timbres in the instruments, let's see if you can spot the difference!
