Sentiment among US homebuilders falls sharply

US homebuilder sentiment fell to a six-month low of 79 in March as labor and supply constraints, combined with rising mortgage rates, dampened the outlook for home sales across the country, according to the Housing Market Index released Wednesday by the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo.
