On the first day of October, Nelson, a city in New Zealand, saw its first “China Day”. The China Cultural Center in Wellington gave a series of performances to the local people, including tea art, Chinese folk music and dragon dances.

This is the first time the city has held a Chinese themed activity since the outbreak of Covid 19 in 2020.
