What to know about the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway

Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway is the first high rail service in Southeast Asia. With a total length of 142 kilometers, the rail has four stops connecting Indonesia's capital city Jakarta and Bandung, the nation's fourth largest city in the west Java province.

As a landmark project of the Belt and Road Initiative, the project is the first high-speed rail project overseas to fully use Chinese technology, standards and equipment.
