Vice-Premier Liu He will meet United States Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen in Zurich, Switzerland on Wednesday, the Ministry of Commerce said in an online statement late on Monday.
The meeting aims to implement the consensus reached in talks between the leaders of China and the US in Bali, Indonesia, and strengthen macroeconomic and financial policy coordination, according to the statement.
The ministry said economic and trade teams from China and the US have maintained smooth communication.
