Birds' mating behavior recorded in Jilin province

The reproductive behavior of great crested grebes was photographed over a 50-day period — from courtship to egg laying and hatching — at Nanxi Wetland Park in Changchun, Jilin province. Newborn grebes were seen swimming with their parents recently in the Yitong River, attracting residents and photographers to enjoy the early summer sunshine. [Photo/China Daily]
