China, Argentina renew currency swap agreement

The People's Bank of China, the country's central bank, has renewed its bilateral currency swap agreement with the Central Bank of Argentina, the PBOC said on Friday.
The size of the agreement is 130 billion yuan ($18.2 billion) or 4.5 trillion peso. The agreement has a three year maturity, according to the PBOC.
