This video features the heartwarming story of a Comorian family living in Shanghai. For over 13 years, Kader Ibrahim's life transformed from work opportunities to building a loving family.

Ibrahim, a quality assurance manager, came to Shanghai as an international student. After school he settled down in the city and now has two children – a boy and a girl, who speak fluent Chinese.

"No one knows much about Comoros," Ibrahim said.

But that didn't stop him from reaching out to and making friends with Chinese people. Here in Shanghai, a city that is open and inclusive, neither language nor food can be barrier.

Watch the video to see how Ibrahim's family found their place in the dynamic city of Shanghai.
