Cherish campus life, find romantic relationships, says letter from former student found under bed

A freshman at Hebei University of Economics and Business found a heartwarming letter full of suggestions for junior schoolmates that was written four years ago.

The letter was penned by Li Chongyu, a former student majoring in trade and economics at the university. It was found under the bed by the freshman Bai Hailu recently.

Bai, thrilled and eager to share the letter's wisdom, took to social media to express his joy. The post quickly garnered attention, with numerous netizens leaving comments such as "This is so uplifting," "It's like fate," and "How magical!"

In the letter, Li shared his hope that his advice would offer guidance for the new students, encouraging them not to lose their way during their college life. He emphasized the importance of having a good academic performance and not failing any subjects. And student should actively participate in extracurricular activities and view college as a time for a great opportunity to engage with like-minded peers. Lastly, he recommended students to have romantic relationships, to cherish and embrace the beautiful campus life that awaits them.

Li's letter went beyond offering personal advice. He also discussed his fascination with the potential usage of 5G technology, which has since become a reality. Bai Hailu expressed his admiration for Li's success and mentioned that incorporating Li's advice and his own aspirations, he plans to work diligently towards his academic goals.

Bai expressed his gratitude for Li's advice and shared his plan to pursue postgraduate studies. Bai's ambition is fueled by the admirable achievements of Li and the sincere guidance provided in the letter.
