The inaugural CATA Aviation Conference, organized by the China Air Transport Association, will be held in Beijing from Nov 3 to 5.
As introduced by Ren Yingli, the vice-chairman of the CATA, the conference consists of three main parts: the opening ceremony, industry forums, and an exhibition.
At the opening ceremony on Nov 3, the results of the first-ever evaluations of outstanding civil aviation captains and outstanding cabin crew will be announced, conducted by CATA.
The forums will focus on topics such as the safe operation of civil aviation, genuine service, flight regularity and green and low-carbon practices.
In addition, a professional exhibition will be held concurrently, with more than 150 entities including domestic and foreign enterprises in the civil aviation industry, scientific research institutions, higher education institutions, and relevant foreign companies participating.
The exhibition area will not only have custom and standard booths but also special sections dedicated to aviation apparel culture and aviation food culture. Activities including live demonstrations of cabin crew attire, on-site tasting of aviation food, sales exhibitions, and displays of cultural and creative products from airlines will be held.
At the same time, the exhibition will also feature immersive interactive experiences such as civil aviation simulator flying and a public welfare section for young aviation enthusiasts, incorporating professionalism, knowledge, experience, and service.
During the conference forums and exhibition, the organizer will also provide a service platform for the release of related significant events and signing ceremonies between governments and enterprises.
