Fruitful life in art exchange and cultural fusion marked at exhibition

Jin is viewed a leading figure in the integration of oil painting with Chinese cultural temperament by making dozens of iconic portraits; Quan is known for creating a body of works with historical narratives; Zhou is a trailblazer in paving new ways for the ink tradition in a new era; Shao teaches and writes productively.

The exhibition also shows the works of over 20 artists who are students of the four, or have been influenced by their work.
