RAMALLAH -- At least 14 Palestinians have been killed in an Israeli raid in the West Bank city of Tulkarm since Thursday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement on Saturday.

Ambulances were able to enter the Nour Shams Palestinian refugee camp following a partial withdrawal of Israeli forces, Palestinian security sources told Xinhua.

Nour Shams camp is located in the northern part of the West Bank and roughly 3 km east of Tulkarm.

On Thursday night, Israeli forces, accompanied by military bulldozers, conducted a raid on the camp and enforced a stringent siege, causing damage to main streets and infrastructure.
