Due to her long-standing leg pain, Zhang decided to purchase the products. The branch employees contacted the recipient provided by Zhang for verification, but the recipient immediately hung up upon hearing that they were speaking to bank personnel. After verification, Zhang finally realized that she had fallen into a scam and nearly handed over her pension money to the fraudster. Zhang immediately deeply appreciated the branch staff members' ability to see through the scam, their anti-fraud skills, and their sense of responsibility for protecting client funds.

She expressed her gratitude through a handwritten thank-you letter and a carefully hand-drawn painting of an eagle. The painting symbolizes the branch and its employees' capability to safeguard client rights and interests through their exceptional business skills. This not only prevented her from financial losses but also made her feel safe. As a further token of appreciation, Zhang invited a calligrapher friend to write two ancient poems, praising Qilu Bank's commitment to the people and its sincere service to the residents.

The Wuyingtan Branch of Qilu Bank in Jinan is dedicated to fulfilling its "citizen bank" responsibilities and adhering to a service philosophy centered around customers. In response to the increasing amount of telecommunications fraud, the branch strictly implements anti-fraud requirements made by regulatory authorities and the head office of Qilu Bank and implements the police-bank joint action mechanism.

It is conducting anti-fraud and fraud prevention skills training to enhance employee awareness of safeguarding client rights and financial security. Since 2024, the Wuyingtan Branch has intercepted multiple cases of telecommunications fraud targeting elderly clients, serving as the guardians of the residents' wealth.
