African audiences flock to 'The Legend of Zhenhuan'

Luc Bendza, the first representative of the African Film Association (AFA) in China, emphasized the widespread popularity of Chinese TV shows in Africa. He noted that The Legend of Zhenhuan ranks as a top favorite for its resonance with similar ancient narratives in Africa.

Bendza also calls for enhanced cooperation between China and Africa in the film industry, hoping that African productions will soon be appreciated by Chinese audiences.
