Bekaert praises Shandong's business environment at Qingdao summit

Kurt Van Rysselberge, head of Bekaert China and VP Operations Global Engineering and Operational Excellence, highlighted Shandong province's emphasis on an open, international, and fair business environment during an interview at the fifth Qingdao Multinationals Summit, which is being held from Aug 27 to 29 in Qingdao, Shandong province.

Renowned for steel wire processing and coating, Belgium-headquartered Bekaert has set up operations in Shandong's Weihai and Qingdao.

With the theme "Multinationals and China", the Qingdao Multinationals Summit is aimed at showcasing China's latest achievements and opportunities in economic development while instilling confidence and momentum into the market.
