With the theme "Promote Communication and Mutual Learning to Build A Common Vision", a forum on inter-civilizational communication of the 2024 China Internet Civilization Conference was held in Chengdu, Southwest China's Sichuan province, on Aug 29.

Participants said that the internet should play an active role in promoting exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations, build bridges for exchanges among civilizations, enhance inclusiveness and coexistence of different civilizations, and work together to build a community of shared future in cyberspace.
