On board High-Speed Train G8388: Having a special slice of pizza in an ancient village in Anhui

Located miles from the Huangshan mountain, the thousand-year-old village of Nanxinan seems an unlikely setting to have pizza.

However, in this ancient Anhui hamlet, young American Adrien Brill has infused Eastern and Western flavours into an aromatic, unlikely creation — the "chou gui yu" (stinky mandarin fish) pizza.
