Essam Sharaf: Harmonizing global diversity through people-to-people connectivity

"We are different. But if we can harmonize differences through people-to-people connectivity, we will end up one beautiful humanity with different civilizations and cultures," said former Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf at the Global Strategic Dialogue (2024), co-organized by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and China Daily. He highlighted that the essence of the Global Civilization Initiative lies in embracing diversity and harmonizing differences through people-to-people connectivity.
