Vienna Philharmonic presents two concerts at Shanghai Oriental Art Center

Michael Bladerer, general manager of the Vienna Philharmonic, said that it was his responsibility to decide which conductor to perform with the orchestra in Shanghai, and he always made sure to "select top-notch conductors who performed the much-beloved New Year's Concert in Vienna."

According to Luo Xueqin, deputy general manager of the center, the theater will promote more collaborations between the Vienna Philharmonic and Chinese musicians and hopefully perform Chinese compositions. The theater also plans to hold an archival exhibition of the Vienna Philharmonic and facilitate art educational projects with the Austrian music company in the coming years.
