Giant panda Fu Bao's physical appearance shows no abnormalities, and in good spirits with a normal appetite, according to the physical examination veterinarians and keepers conducted promptly on Tuesday after finding it uncomfortable in the morning.

The China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda has posted the latest videos of Fu Bao eating bamboo and walking around after the examination in the panda base in Southwest China's Sichuan province, giving the people to who care about Fu Bao a big relief.

Visitors to the center on Tuesday morning noticed the panda's unusual behavior and subsequently notified staff.

Millions of people have been caringly following Fubao's updates on social media platforms. The center said that they will continue to ensure the proper care and health monitoring of Fu Bao.

Fu Bao was born at the Samsung Everland Park in July 2020 to female giant panda Hua Ni, also known as Ai Bao, and male giant panda Yuan Xin, also known as Le Bao, who moved to South Korea in 2016 as part of efforts to initiate Sino-Korean cooperation in giant panda research.
