Almas Seitakynov, the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hong Kong and Macao, congratulated Macao on the 25th anniversary of its return to the motherland. He expressed Kazakhstan's readiness to collaborate with the special administrative region in areas such as trade and investment, cultural exchanges, and education.
