Strength of business cooperation between China and Italy highlighted

Liu Kan, Chinese consul general in Milan, said the report details the development of Chinese-invested enterprises in Italy and reflects their long-term commitment and confidence in the Italian market while also expressing hope for improvements in Italy's business environment.

Liu pointed out that 2025 marks the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Italy, opening a new chapter with more opportunities for development. China will continue to open up further and encourages businesses from both countries to take advantage of these new opportunities to strengthen their ties, Liu added.

Liu also emphasized that China advocates peaceful development and mutual cooperation, and is ready to share development opportunities with countries, including Italy, deepen cooperation, and support global free trade and stable supply chains.
