I'm Me, We're Us is an ongoing exhibition in Shanghai with the Being Art Museum joining hands with the Art Therapy Studio of Central Academy of Fine Arts, featuring the healing power of art.

The exhibition brings together the works of more than 20 young artists and dozens of art therapy cases to create an experience ground for visitors, introducing the energy of art as a soothing method for their hearts and minds.

Art therapy has been on the rise to meet the increasing demand of people coping with life and work pressures.

The works display the many relational dimensions between humans and their surroundings, and how to maintain a harmonious state between the inside, outside, oneself and others.

The exhibition runs until Feb 12.
