ICRC team heads to S. Gaza to receive Israeli-US hostage Edan Alexander

GAZA -- A team from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) headed to southern Gaza on Monday in preparation to receive Israeli-US hostage Edan Alexander from Hamas, according to local sources and eyewitnesses.
