DOHA -- Explosions were heard in the Qatari capital Doha on Tuesday, with plumes of smoke seen rising over parts of the city.
Reports suggested the blasts were the result of Israeli operations targeting senior Hamas officials. There was no immediate comment from Qatari authorities.
