Ming the panda: A story of peace across borders

Chinese-born picture-book artist Yu Rong brings to life the true story of Ming, a panda that arrived in London in 1938 and became a wartime symbol of peace and hope. Her new book blends Eastern spirit with Western history, reminding us that even in times of conflict, peace is never far away.
