Gazans race to preserve historical monuments damaged in conflict

Families who have lost their loved ones, homes and livelihoods, have also expressed concern over the loss of cultural landmarks.

Resident Munzir Abu Assi said he had to comfort his daughter Kenzy after she heard the Great Omari Mosque was damaged.
