Expert: Less items of action plan means improvement of business environmen

On Jan 4, Shanghai released the newest edition of the action plan on improving its business environment. According to Luo Peixin, vice-president of East China University of Political Science and Law, the latest editions has less items than before, a reflection of improved business environment in Shanghai.
