6.1-magnitude quake hits off coast of US Oregon: GFZ

BEIJING -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 jolted off coast of the US state of Oregon at 0325 GMT on Friday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 43.77 degrees north latitude and 127.82 degrees west longitude.
