Central government appoints new foreign ministry commissioner in Macao SAR

BEIJING -- China's central government has decided to appoint Bian Lixin as commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR), replacing Liu Xianfa.
