WPK to convene 9th congress in late February: KCNA

PYONGYANG -- The Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) will convene the 9th congress in late February in Pyongyang, the Korean Central News Agency reported Sunday.

During a meeting held on Saturday, the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee adopted the decision with unanimous approval, according to the report.
