NGO praises China's green governance

In an exclusive interview with China Daily, Bjarne Pedersen, executive director of Clean Air Asia, an international non-governmental organization, highly praised China's achievements in environmental governance, especially in air pollution control. He said that the nation made significant progress by coordinating both policy and technological aspects to achieve air pollution control goals. China's new development plan that emphasizes a dual approach to pursue air pollution control and carbon reduction offers new ideas for Asian countries facing similar challenges, Pedersen added.
