US crew rescued from inside Iran mountains, Trump says

WASHINGTON - The crew member of the downed US F-15 had been rescued from "deep inside the mountains of Iran" and is "seriously wounded," US President Donald Trump said in a Truth Social post on Sunday.
In another post, he threatened that Tuesday would be "Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one," for Iran, and again urged Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz.
He also announced that he will hold a news conference with the military at 1 pm ET (1700 GMT) on Monday, three hours after his "48-hour warning" to Iran expires.
