Tibetan coffee brand Nindo Coffee from China's Xizang autonomous region made its second appearance at European events when it featured at the Paris Coffee Festival, which ran from April 11 to 13 in France.
The local brand showcased the dynamic blend of modern vitality and cultural uniqueness that defines Xizang today, earning international recognition along the way.
Tsomo, founder of Nindo Coffee, said that she aspires to use coffee as a medium to integrate Tibetan culture with global expression to present a fresh image of Xizang, where tradition meets modernity. While Tibetan coffee remains in its early stages of development, her team is focusing on refining its products, cultivating distinctive flavors, and sharing the essence of Tibetan culture alongside the outlook of contemporary Tibetan youth.
At the festival, Tibetan specialty coffee creations were well received by attendees. Professionals from the coffee industry also praised the product's quality and flavor profile.
