First phase of Canton Fair draws 167,000 buyers from 216 countries

Among the 300 purchasing delegations, 197 leading companies participated as groups, such as Central Purchasing from the United States, Cencosud from Chile, Metro from Germany, and Daiso from Japan, showing a 6.5 percent increase compared to the same period of the previous session.

Focused on advanced manufacturing, the fair's first phase brought together cutting-edge technologies and products from various fields, including machinery, hardware tools, new energy vehicles and smart mobility, industrial automation, and intelligent manufacturing.
