Trump claims Iran wants US to open Hormuz Strait as soon as possible

WASHINGTON -- US President Donald Trump on Tuesday claimed on social media that Iran wants the United States to open the Strait of Hormuz.

In a social media post, Trump also claimed that Iran has said it was in a "state of collapse." However, it remained unclear how Trump got the message from Iran.
