4 dead, 1 missing as torrential rain batters Shimen county

Four people have died and one remains missing after heavy rainfall battered Shimen county in Hunan province.
From 7 am Sunday to 6 pm Tuesday, the first round of heavy rain this year has affected 23 townships across the county, with 61,583 residents impacted, China Central Television reported.
