Presence of Chinese firms growing in UK

Chinese enterprises are navigating the United Kingdom market and showing an increasingly strong presence through advanced technology and long-term strategic commitment, representatives from leading Chinese global companies said at a forum on Saturday.

They made the remarks at the 2026 Cambridge China Business Forum, held at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.

Under the theme Bridging the Future, Leading Innovation: Connecting the UK and Modern China, the event brought together around 200 participants, including government officials from both China and the UK, industry leaders, investors, and academic experts.

Discussions focused on topics including Chinese brand globalization, artificial intelligence, venture capital, and China-UK business cooperation.
