Israel begins striking Lebanon's southern city of Tyre

JERUSALEM - Israel's military said on Thursday it has begun striking Hezbollah infrastructure around Tyre after issuing an evacuation order for residents of the southern Lebanese city.
"The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) is compelled to take forceful action against it," the military said in the order, in reference to Hezbollah.
